The in-person (or virtual video) Forum meetings are powerful, however considering they only happen once a month for a few hours, it’s not enough. Every Forum should have a way to communicate between meetings to share progress, challenges, jokes, and joys.
The simplest way to do this is via a group messenger like WhatsApp or Signal (if you desire more privacy).
One suggestion though is to keep Forum Logistics communication to email and not use the group chat for Forum Logistics as things could easily get lost and it’s harder to track who read or respond to what in a group chat.
