One reason conflict arises between people is because there is a lack of alignment between how they see themselves and how others see them. Forums provide a perfect space for people to reflect on this gap in perception.
The “I See, You See, We See” activity (see attached image) helps create a shared understanding between members. The goal is first to build awareness and then commit to changing parts of themselves they don’t like having a gap in perception.
