In a prior post > https://tinyurl.com/ygdllsyg < I shared a template for a 4-hour Forum meeting. That’s the longest monthly meeting any of the Forums I’ve trained last. Holding a 3-hour Forum meeting is the healthy middle ground between too long and too short.

Here’s a template for a 3-hour Forum meeting.

TIME: 3 hours
LOCATION: In-person or virtual
FOCUS: Personal & Career
PRESENTATIONS: 2
BREAKS: 1
MEMBERS: Up to 10 max

OPENING (10 mins)

  • One Word “Current State”
  • 3 Mins Meditation
  • Opening Warm-up
  • Question
  • Core Value Reminder

MONTHLY REFLECTION (50 mins)

  • Reflection (3 mins each) – Rating (Business / Personal) – Reflection (Business / Personal)
  • Prior Month Deep Dive Update (2 mins each)

SHOUTOUTS (3 mins)
GOALS (20 mins)

  • Done / Not Done (1 min each)
  • Top Monthly Goals (fill out together)

BREAK (10 mins)
DEEP DIVE #1 (40 mins)

– Issue Background (8 mins)
– Q&A (8 mins)
– Gather Thoughts (1 min)
– Feedback (2 mins each)
– “I can relate because…” (You’re not alone)
– “Here’s what I did when I had this issue… “ (Share
personal experiences)
