In a prior post, I talked about setting up a system to determine who should present each month. This same system should be used to determine who should coach each month.
The process is simple. The person who presented last month gets to coach this month.
Note that this system is intended to be flexible, and people might not be available to coach in a certain month, or a fire might come up that causes the presentation order to get messed up. In either case, be firm with the vision but flexible in the execution.[[at presentations, it misses the opportunity for everyone to practice their coaching skills and get better. Also, coaching is a great way to continue to build relationships outside of meetings.
I’m more of a fan of rotating the coaching responsibility by following the system I suggest.
